Born and raised in Chicago, Kyle Luo is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in English at UIC. During the summer, he gained hands-on experience in customer service roles, having worked at companies such as Nordstrom, where he enjoys assisting customers. In his free time, he looks to improve his writing skills and is passionate about photography.
